Please understand when you make a purchase from NP ON DEMAND you agree to the polices below

All payments must be made through the website. NP ON DEMAND LLC does not accept any other forms of payment
All payments are nonrefundable. Except where mentioned below.

Refunds + Cancellations

NP ON DEMAND LLC does not offer refunds for ANY LEAVE SERVICE. Deciding to move forward with another service or having buyer's remorse is not a suitable means for a refund.
The only circumstances in which NP ON DEMAND LLC will issue a full refund is in the event that your medical clearance, or any scheduled appointment with NP ON DEMAND LLC does not happen. If you actually have your scheduled medical clearance appointment or scheduled medical appointment with me, you will not be refunded.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your medical clearance, please contact us via email no LATER THAN 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours you will only be refunded for half the amount for your appointment.
If a patient is disrespectful, difficult to work with, NP ON DEMAND LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any appointments or services the patient has booked.
Refunds take 3-6 business days to process through our payment processor and return to the patient's original method of payment.

Turnaround time begins the day patient submits ALL necessary information and material needed to complete their order including the leave questionnaire that is sent after a leave service is purchased and when you send your medical clearance form and lab request from the surgery center to us via email.
Turnaround times are an estimated timeframe and are subject to change during peak business seasons.
Turnaround times do not include weekends and holidays.
Turnaround times are also extended day per day due to failure to submit information on time on the patient's end.
All rude rush messages and/or emails will be ignored. Turnaround times are listed under every service and are known before purchase. NP ON DEMAND LLC is one Nurse Practitioner and needs to be allowed to focus on patients and completion of patient's leave documentation without interruptions.
If you would like expedited service please contact me via email or purchase from the website and your forms or medical clearance will be expedited at that time.

Any illness, injury, natural disaster, or computer failure is beyond our control. In this event, orders may be delayed. If any of the above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.
